Aanvankelijk werd Ling's Marinade vervaardigd ten behoeve van eigen gebruik in Ling's Kitchen, onze Catering Service. Al snel werd duidelijk dat er een grote behoefte bestond op de lokale markt aan deze professioneel bereide sauzen en marinades. Dus speelden we op deze behoefte in en begonnen als eerste in Suriname op grote schaal met de produktie .

Ling's Marinade was originally created for use in Ling's Kitchen, our Catering Service. Soon however it became apparent that the need for professionally prepared marinades and sauces was very significant. To fulfill this need Ling's Marinade was the first to start large scale production of these products in Suriname .

Ons bedrijf bestaat nu bijna 4 jaar en heeft momenteel 11 werknemers in dienst, waarvan 9 vrouwelijke. We hebben succesvol ingespeeld op de behoefte om voedsel met smaak, maar tegelijkertijd efficiënter eneenvoudiger te kunnen laten bereiden. Zo zijn in navolging van de introduktie van de eerste produkten nu al zo'n 6 verschillende marinades en sauzen op de markt gebracht en wordt er blijvend gewerkt aan het testen en ontwikkelen van nieuwe produkten. Ling's Mariande bezet momenteel 90% van de lokale markt en is onlangs gestart met het exporteren van haar produkten naar de Carbische regio.

Our company is almost 4 years old and currently counts 11 employees of which 9 female. We have effectively fulfilled the need for the preparation of foods not only in regards to taste but also time and ease. This has led to the introduction of six different marinades and sauces on the Surinamese market and we continue the research and development of new products. Ling's Marinade currently holds approximately 90% of the local market share and has recently started exporting its products to the Caribbean.

De basis van de marinades is soya saus, met uitzondering van de Zoetzure Saus, ons nieuwste produkt. Door het vermengen met diverse kruiden en zout onstaat een zeer goed uitgebalanceerd en compleet produkt, welke geen verdere toevoeging behoeft.

All our marinades except the Sweet and Sour Sauce, our newest product, are soy based. By mixing the soy sauce with several specifically selected spices and salt, a very balanced and complete product that needs no further seasoning is created.

Chinese Marinade is een kant en klare marinade die heerlijk smaakt met al uw chinese gerechten, zoals geroosterde kip of eend, kip met paddestoelen, chopsuey enz.

The Chinese Marinade is a wonderfully tasting ready-to-use marinade for all your Chinese dishes such as: roosterd chicken or duck, chicken with mushrooms, chopsuey etc.

Indonesische Marinade is een sterk gekruide marinade die u goed kunt gebruiken bij het prepareren van uw indonesische gerechten, zoals saté, bamie en nassie.

The Indonesian Mariande is a spicy marinade that aides in the preparation of Indonesian dishes such as: sate, bamie goreng and nassie goreng.

B.B.Q. Saus is een complete saus die zeer geschikt is voor het marineren van uw barbecue vlees en vis.

B.B.Q. Suace is a complete sauce perfect for marinading your barbecue meats and fish.

Marinade heeft een vrij neutrale smaak en is daarom uiterst geschikt voor bereiding in de Creoolse keuken. Met name gerechten die snel klaar te maken zijn, zoals carbonades en vegetarische schotels, zijn met marinade snel op smaak.

The Neutral Marinade has a neutral taste and is therefore perfect for use in the Creole kitchen. To name a couple of dishes that are easily prepared using this marinade: pork chops, and vegetarian dishes .

Dip Saus leent zich goed voor het op smaak brengen van soepen en is, zoals de naam al aangeeft, perfect te gebruiken als een dip saus voor snacks en gebarbecued vlees.

The Dip Saus is perfect for adding flavor to types of soup and as the name suggests can be used as a dip for snacks and barbecued meats .

Zoetzure Saus is direct te gebruiken bij de bereiding van uw zoetzure gerechten. Ook leent deze zich goed als dip saus bij uw gebakken garnalen of vis.

The Sweet and Sour Sauce is used for the preparation of your sweet and sour dishes. It also lends it self well as a dip for fried shrimp and fish.
